  3. The message protection options are:

  5. U - pUblic.  Message that can be READ BY ANYONE but can only be
  6.     KILLED ONLY by sender, addressee, and SYSOP.

  8. R - pRivate.  The message can only be read (and killed) by the sendor, the
  9.     addressee and the SYSOP.
  10.  
  11. P - Password.  The message can be read and killed only by persons who
  12.     can give the password you attach to this message, and the SYSOP.
